• Successfully led a team of 30 people through the full lifecycle of a project to deploy a new care records system on time and budget to a NHS Primary Care Trust. This was the largest IT project ever run by the trust in terms of scale, budget and strategic impact and involved significant business and clinical transformation.
• Initiated and championed new design strategy that resulted in a 10% (£300,000) reduction in project cost. Managed a team of 5 designers to scope and document the design then successfully managed the delivery of new network infrastructure into three data centre environments based on this strategy.
